PixelRealm: Our Galactic Quest and H2 2024 Roadmap
A recap of our year and what’s ahead for 2024.
Over the past six months, PixelRealm has been knocking out a lot of milestones, laying down the groundwork for next levels in the blockchain gaming world.
As we set off for a next phase of our journey, here’s a reflection on what we’ve accomplished, as well as an exciting roadmap that outlines what’s coming next.
The Journey So Far: Highlights from the Past Six Months
Confidential Sealed Bid Auctions with Oasis Protocol:
We’ve innovated NFT marketplace by integrating with the Oasis Protocol, enabling confidential sealed bid auctions. This approach enhances the privacy and security of our ecosystem, offering a new way for projects to participate in auctions, that do not turn into gas wars, but rewards the creators instead.
Deployment on Sei V2 — Parallelized EVM:
PixelRealm has officially deployed on Sei V2, a platform pioneering parallelized EVM technology. This partnership positions us as leaders in incubating promising projects, and even bigger developments are on the horizon for Sei V2 in the upcoming weeks.
PixelRealm Drop — Rewarding Our $NFTB Holders:
Our community has been showered with rewards through the PixelRealm Drop, where our loyal $NFTB holders received 13 “drops” of free mints, giveaways, whitelist spots, and tournament rewards. This included contributions from major projects such as ChronoForge, Xociety, Katana Inu, Citizen Conflict and more.
Learn and Earn Campaigns — Empowering the Community:
To encourage learning and community involvement, we’ve launched “Learn and Earn” campaigns with $6,000 in rewards for $NFTB holders. This way our $NFTB holders not only participate, but also earn rewards for deepening their knowledge of blockchain gaming.
Strategic Partnerships to Bolster Incubated Projects:
PixelRealm has forged strategic alliances with projects such as Aethir Cloud, Travala, Space ID, Orochi, and Lossless Protocol to provide technical support to our incubated projects. These partnerships allow gaming builders to focus on what they know the best — gaming development.
Pixel L1 Chain Launch — Gas-Free Gaming with SAGA:
One of our proudest achievements has been the launch of our very own Layer 1 chain, PixelL1, developed in collaboration with SAGA. This chain is designed to support and launch our incubated games without the need for gas fees, making it a revolutionary step for blockchain gaming.
Gaming Grants — Supporting Innovation:
In collaboration with Oasis, we’ve initiated the first of many gaming grants, providing $50,000 to support game developers. This is part of our ongoing mission to incubate and accelerate the best and brightest projects in the space.
Deployment on NEON Chain — EVM Compatibility on Solana:
We became the first gaming ecosystem to deploy on the NEON chain, the first-ever EVM-compatible chain on Solana. This marks a significant milestone for us as we expand into the Solana ecosystem, bringing our gaming innovations to a wider audience.
Incubation of Our First Game, Kugle:
At last but not at least, incubation of our first game, Kugle. This project is just the beginning of many exciting ventures that will come out of Pixel Incubator in the near future.
Looking Forward: The PixelRealm H2 2024 Roadmap
As we look to the future, the second half of 2024 keeps building on this momentum. We’re ready to push boundaries and unlock new realms in web3 gaming.
🚀 Entering the SOLANA Universe:
PixelRealm is set to ignite the Solana universe, deploying on Solana through the Neon EVM. This integration with one of the most powerful blockchain ecosystems aims to bring EMV games to Solana chain, expanding our reach even further.
🎮 PixelRealm & PixeL1 Gaming Take Off:
We’re not just launching one or two games — we’re launching four incredible games, with potential for even more to follow. And guess what, its just October and all 4 games are lined up for release, expect more!
👥 Community & Governance — Power to the Players:
Community-driven governance is at the heart of our mission. $NFTB tier members and Pixel Passport holders will be rewarded with regular airdrops, weekly gaming contests, and exclusive rewards. Moreover, through DAO governance, players will have the opportunity to decide which games are launched, ensuring that the community has a say in our future.
